My girlfriend just started cutting herself We talked about it and she said she would stop. 3 days later she starts yelling at me that we can talk but she wont stop because its "fun". PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Thats what I did first and she did and thats when she first yelled at me. then she had to get a physical for tracka nd was nervous about her physician finding out because of her scar. but after they didnt see the scar we asked if she was relived and she said the she was "very much so" and that she would be back to cutting her self soon. so she broke her promise and now she seems just generally depressed.

She must be addicted to it. I have really strong urges sometimes and thats making it hard to stop. I'm sure you've already probably asked her why, but listen to what she says and how she says it. If she regrets it then she just needs someone to talk to, and trust. But if she just mentions it casually then she's probably already accepted it as a part of her life. Talk and listen, talk and listen. Don't tell her to stop, ask her to, or to do it less and less often. I hope I can help.
