Do you think a landlord would rent to me ?
I'm moving from united states to canada in a few months.

I have bad credit(580) mostly late payments from when i was younger, no bankruptcy or repossessions.
I'm self employed and have been for a year now but i do have reciepts showing the money i make.
I was at my previous job for 8 years.
I've never missed a payment of lot rent ( i own a mobile home), so i do have references from a landlord of 5+ years now.
I have a few thousand dollars saved up plus when i sell my mobile home i will have more money.
So if i offer to sign a lease of 6 months and pay the entire 6 months up front, do you think the fact i don't have a job in canada yet and bad credit will make anyone not rent to me even if i pay the entire lease up front ?

Paying ahead like that , then you should be okay . Just make sure you let them know when you get a job
