That won't happen. To get a resident visa based on marriage it is required you live together and interviews demonstrate the marriage wasn't just a fraud to obtain residency.
You won't be able to do this unless immigration status isn't an issue. If your fiance has his own legal residence status, however, you will not have to justify whether or not the marriage is fraudulent.
