I don't know what the law is in your state. In many states, though, you and your wife are a team. What is hers is yours; and what is yours is hers.

Many couples do not like the way their spouse handles finances. The only thing you can do is talk to her about your concerns. Do NOT accuse her of stealing.

Just ask her if she used any money this week. Tell her you need her to record how much she uses for tax purposes.

Once you know where the money is going and how much is going out, you can ask her what she is doing with the money you think is missing.

Don't offend her, just talk to her. Good luck.

How can she steal from you? You are married, your a partnership. If your wife has issues with money then you need to sit down together and discuss your finances.

She's not stealing from you... you are a married couple; a partnership. You should be able to get together and work out your finances so that your bills get paid and each of you has money to spend that you don't have to account for. You are not her father or her keeper; you are a team. Work it out so that she has enough money for the things she needs. Geez!

If YOU were participating in the care and maintenance of your Economic situation... you would be in a position to pin point exactly what funds have been missappropriated...!!! however it seems from your statement, ¨ i cant prove it ¨ , that for your years you´ve just let it go...!!!

My guess is that if you were participating or handeling your finaces YOU wouldn´t be in this situation....!!! On the other hand if you slacked up as head of the household it only follows that others would take your lead....!!! Either way you need to get back in the game....!!!

It isn´t about what she is doing to you....
It´s about what you have let others do to you....!!!

One could say ¨Man what a bitch his wife is¨....!!!

    or

¨Man that dude needs to get his finaces in order...¨

The first choice your a helpless victim, while in the second choice you have the opportunity to straighten out some aspect of your life that you´ve slacked up on....!!!

The first choice you don´t have to change nothing...that´s easy....!!! The Second choice YOU have to put your house in order...that requires assuming responsiblity and FIXING the things...PLURAL... that have gone wrong....!!!

Why does she have to steal from you? Aren't you giving her money? Since you can't prove it how do you know it's even her?
