If you took a 'theoretical' indestructable, infinately rigid bottle totally sealed with no air in and lowered the whole lot to -10Âșc. The water would not freeze it would remain in a liquid form of a supercooled liquid. It would not crystallize or go solid.

There is no such thing as an indestructible (or perfectly rigid) bottle so your question cannot be answered.

First explain to me your "indestructible" bottle. I would have to understand the weird physics that made it possible.

However, it is possible to compress water, so if the walls dis not move or only moved minutely, the water would indeed freeze in position, though at a much lower temperature, and the pressures generated would be enormous. If you only cooled it to it previous freezing point, at tiny amount would freeze until the pressure rose enough to drive the freezing point down so that no more froze.
