everytime I sleep I wake up hot and my heart is racing, do I have a heart issue?

    That happens to me too, except the hot part. It could be sleep apnea. I probably should go get tested.

    Is it possible you're holding your breath while you sleep? ... And you heart is racing to move oxygen around once you wake up and start breathing? I don't know about the hotness, unless it's hormones. You don't give your age or sex, so it's hard to guess about hormones.

    mmhmm my grandma has something similar. she has been in the hospital 2 times in the past month (dont be afraid, she's old and its probably something else)
