My 1993 Chevy Cavalier 2.2 liter runs fine, but stalls when exiting the highway. No check engine light appears, I replaced the air and fuel filter and spark plugs. What could be wrong?

It sounds like your tcc solenoid is sticking. Open the hood and disconnect the blue connector on the front of the transmission, should have 2 or 4 wires in it. Drive the vehicle to see if it corrected the problem. If it did you have two options, leave it unplugged, or have the tcc solenoid replaced. Leaving it unplugged will not harm the vehicle, it may slightly hurt fule economy. It obviously should be fixed, but if money is short you will be ok with it unplugged. I know of a few people who have never had it repaired, so that is an option also.
