Ask your dentist about getting a mouthpiece. It is shaped to fit your teeth and keeps your teeth from grinding when your asleep.
gumshield!
As in previous response a mouthguard is a good remedy but there could be an underlying problem that causes the grinding. Stress for example can cause this. Also your dentist can make sure you don't have tooth points to grind.. Ask your doctor about underlying causes and when that has been cleared ask the dentist to reshape the teeth that are causing the grinding.
