Even a baby boy can have an erection, and girls can have an orgasm...I dont suggest it as a frequent thing to do but there is nothing wrong about it as long as it is private, and relaxing for you. An electric vibrator is the easiest way to accomplish it. I don't remember my exact age, but I know I was younger than 8; perhaps as young as 4 or 5. I know many people wouldn't believe that children are capable of orgasming, but I have no reason to lie.
