The population of Perry, Oklahoma was 5,230 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Noble County, OklahomaNoble County. Located on Interstate 35, it is one of the few cities on interstate 35 between Wichita, KSWichita and Oklahoma City. Perry is also one of the few cities in Oklahoma, especially of its size, that still functions under the strong Council/Mayor form of government, and does not have a city manager.
