you don't flat out you can't
you can buy a different domain and move everything or point the listing information (the DNS) to the other server and do a little configuration on the server to get it to see the same informaiton as a different .com, .net or whatever, however a domain is a domain is a domain, you can't change the name of one, unless you physically move the information (or electronically move of course)
