My 2002 Kia Rio's front left brake pad gets so hot, it melted some of its hubcap. They changed the brake pads about a month ago. What could be wrong?

    Probably a sticky caliper that's keeping the pad in contact with the rotor. If this problem started after the pads were changed, then it suggests some problem with the reassembly.
