Help answer this question below.

My non programmable Honeywell thermostat appears to be functioning properly yet it's not kicking on...

    Check your breaker switches to make sure the furnace has power. If it has power and still isnt working you can check inside the furnace for a blown low voltage fuse. Other then that you should probably call a pro to check the limits.
