Can someone help me i tried adding more ram to computer and now when i turn it back on the only thing on the screen is message ( plug in vedio cable). i tried putting in the old card but i get the s

    Ram doesn't usually cause video card problems unless you somehow damaged the motherboard. The problem seems to be your video card, check to make sure it wasn't damaged, unplugged, and check your monitor cord connection.

    make sure you have everything plugged back in correctly and try to start it if it doesnt fix it then you might just have gotten some bad ram and it might have also fried you other stick. If it is bad you can take it back to where you bought it or send it in to the manufacturer as most RAM makers offer a warranty that it wont DOA.
