I am having problems with my Lexmark X85 all-in-one printer. It stopped printing a few days ago stating a paper jam as the problem, but there is no paper jam. Any ideas?

I just fixed the one in my office. It's not easy. First unplug and take off the back of the unit. Two screws. You might have to take the whole thing apart to do this. There is a sensor on the card furthest in the back of the unit. On the left side bottom. The small plastic rod that holds the spring that holds the sensor arm is not seated. Take a flathead screwdriver and push the left side until it clicks in. The sensor arm will have some tension if you did it right. Put it back together and presto!!!

    Hope this helps.
