There is a loud noise coming from my right front tire which gets louder as I apply the brake. I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna LE

    My first guess would be that your disk brake pad needs replaced. The noise I suspect is the worn pad(now bare metal)is rubbing on the wheels rotor(metal to meatal). If it is a worn brake pad then the sound you are hearing means you have now ruined the rotor and it will need replaced too.
