Do Detoxification with Lactose S and Take Spirulina (100% alkanline organic seaweed) which will neutralise your acidic body.

An Acidic body results from the consumption of too much meat, carbohydrate food like rice, bread. Thus, it will cause accumulation of excess fat, detorioration of the body's metabolism, increase blood acidity.. In long time to come, it will results in uric acid from your drainage system.

U need to look for alkanline food, take more egg white, fruits, vegtable, milk and seaweed. The best way is to take spirulina to supplement the 46 essential nutrients including the 8 amino acids(which your body cannot make), 18 types of vitamins (Vitamin A, B1,B2, B6 and B12, C, D,E, etc), 20 types of minerals.

Please take note that you need to have all these 46 vitamins to present in full, when u take health supplements. If not, it will not be complete. Just like vitamin C, needs vitamin A and E so that your body can absorb well.

Don't take any synthetic or multivitamins. Because they are chemically combined and inorganic.

Uric acid is the end product of purine degradation. It is catalyzed by the enzyme xanthine oxidase, which is responsible for the production of uric acid and damaging free radicals. This is a central link in the association between serum uric acid and myocardial ischemia, myocardial dysfunction and non-cardial function, which is determined primarily by impaired peripheral blood flow. Inhibition of xanthine oxidase with allopurinol may be used in future treatment of heart patients.
