The Torah, Koran, and Old Testament could be said to be basically the same book. The Jewish religion being the oldest, followed by the Christian religion, and then by the Islamic belief. Just as Buddhism could be said to be derived from Hinduism, you might say that Judaism is the predecessor to Christianity and Islam.
