There is a universe; within this is a galaxy; within this is a solar system; within this is a planet; within this is a place; within this is Steven Hawking; within this is the oneness of Steven. Everything else moves about this oneness. This oneness (the oneness of Steven Hawking) is the center of the cosmic expansion because oneness is the state shared by everything.
If the expanding universe were to reverse and the space between everything began shrinking, all points would come together into one. The effect of this would be the same for every elemental particle in the universe. All other points would come down and into the one. Steven's oneness has just as valid of claim for being the prima causa as any other point in the cosmos.
There is a place, not far away, called The Iggypuck Universe. Within it all things are a variation of its source and move about its center is silent sympathy. It is a place that you can never visit (not even in your dreams).
