• It's no more "idolatrous" to say "Peace be upon Him" after every mention of a person considered a Prophet, than it is to have a picture of Jesus.

• sorry didn't follow your reasoning. is it idolatrous if every time you mention your great great grandfathers name and a member of your family says "God bless him"?

• No more than it is to have a picture of him. Muslims say PBUH every time when someone mentions a Prophet, Christians hold a picture of their Prophet, who they consider God. Same thing.

• You know that Muslims use the same for of greeting that Jesus used - salam eleikom, meaning peace be upon you (PBUY) so was Jesus and are Muslims practising idolatry everytime they greet one another?

• I doubt he used the exact "As Salamu Alaykum", simply because I doubt Jesus spoke that much Arabic. Could be wrong though.
  And no, I don't think Muslims are being idolatrous when greeting one another, but you have to admit that it's pretty funny to read a Muslim posted topic about the Prophets and to read "PBUH" a thousand times.
  I think Christians are just showing their love for Christ by having a picture of him, just like I think Muslims are just showing their love of the Prophets by saying PBUH every time their name is mentioned.

• You don't doubt Jesus was called Jesus but you doubt he said salam eleikom, your argument being that salam eleikom is Arabic and Jesus never spoke Arabic. Sure his mother ongue wasn't Arabic, it was Aramaic. But Aramaic and Arabic (and Hebrew) are Semitic sister languages and have much in common.
  
  You can go to http://www.v-a.com/bible/aramaic-jesus.html and listen to the name of the Christ in Aramaic (Eashoa) and compare that to his name in Arabic (Ea-saw) and see who is the Christ more likely to respond to, someone yelling "Jesus" or a Muslim calling him by his name as found in the HQ.
