Asking about your health on here is like asking a Magic 8 Ball.
Since my g/f became pre-menopausal she's been taking 2000 iu every day -- for years now already, as recommended by her doctor to support thyroid function. Your dose is more than double, and a little strange -- every 3rd day -- did a doctor recommend this? Why are you considering this?
Not unless the doctor told you to.
be careful of the oil soluble vitamins A and D....too much can accumulate and be toxic
