    cut all your portion sizes; if you try and say, cut carbs like a lot of the trendy diets say to do, after about day 5 you'll find yourself eating a cake! been there, done that...so you're better off eating a balanced diet, just small amounts...and no alcohol and sugar if you can stand it.

    Erm well the best way that has always worked for me is to eat sensibly throughout the day but as soon as it gets to 6 o clock dont eat nothing after that time and just drink water. The pounds will just fall off. Its hard at the beginning but eventually your stomach will get used to it and it will be a breeze. Trust me.

    Nothing beats eating healthy food in moderation coupled with consistent exercise....nothing. There is no "easy, fast". You gotta put in the time. The weight didn't arrive overnight...getting rid of it won't go away overnight either! Happy Tuesday Bcm! n:)
