Not really, but ever since "healthy eating" became an industry, you can't believe everything that's described as "healthy". Everyone is jumping on the bandwagon - even junk food makers are trying to sell you the idea that their fried plastic is healthy.
A good rule of thumb is that anything you prepare yourself from fresh produce is better than prepacked stuff with a 10-year expiry date.
