Could be your tread on the tires. My chevy did that when I first got it and the mechanic said look at them bald tires he says thats your problem. I didn't have any money to buy tires so my bro sent me down to where his bossman buys them for there mixer trucks and got some used ones for $20 a piece they were goodyears from the postal service they change them ever so many miles. Damn good tires I see why the truckers like them.
Could be a wheel bearing needs replacing
The fact that it has a suspension system borrowed intact from the Conestoga Wagon?....;-D....
(I kid, I kid...)
The most likely causes (in descending order of probability) are...
1) Out-of-balance wheel/tire assembly
2) Defective tire
3) Bent rim (you mean driving off-road and bouncing on rocks bends rims? I'm shocked...SHOCKED!...;-D...)
4) Worn-out/defective joint in the suspension system (Tie-rod end, ball joint, etc.)
Good luck.
Loose lug-nut, stop going 55 'till you tighten it
Got to be a buckled wheel, or the carcass of a tyre disintegrating, if there is a strange noise that alters in pitch with speed, check the wheel bearing.
