Go to feedburner.com and click on "Create an account." If you are already a Google account holder, you can log in with your Google account username and password. Enter the URL of your site's RSS feed in the section for "Burn a feed right this instant." Click on "Next" and follow the steps to make your Feedburner feed live. Click on the "Optimize" tab and click on "XML source." Copy and paste this on Notepad and save it as an XML file. Upload it to your website. Go to google.com/webmasters/ and sign in using your Google account. Add your website and follow the steps to verify it. Go to the "Dashboard" and click on "Site Configuration" > "Sitemaps." Click on "Submit a Sitemap," then enter the location of the XML file at your site.Create a Feedburner Account
