I have lived here for 3 yrs with my dogs, my concern is that with this new regulation they have eliminated 85% of the buyers in my market rendering the home unmarketable. This does not seem right.
Can a Homeowner Association withhold the names of it's Board Of Directors, to it's members?

What can I do if I find some item in the HOA budget is too high? for example, monthly landscaping contract $1300 but all the contractor do is just cutting grass on about 3000 sqf curbsides twice a month?
