The right to a jury trial is a "right inviolate". Is it constitutional to require a person to pay a jury fee in order to claim that right?

    Yes. However, why are you stopping at voir dire? You can only have a jury trial if you file a lawsuit, which requires a filing fee. Is it constitutional to require a person to pay a filing fee in order to claim that right?
