Open the Registry Editor. Go to "Start," "Run," type "regedit" and click "OK." Expand "My Computer," "HKEY_CURRENT_USER," "Control Panel" and click on "Desktop." Double-click on "ScreenSaveTimeOut" item on the right pane, enter the desired value in the "Value data" text field and click "OK." For example, a value of "900" corresponds to 15 minutes.
