What is the difference between Nirvana and Samsara?

    samsara is the everlasting circle of suffering.... birth, life, suffering, death, re-birth....
    until we step out of that vicious circle to BE ..... TO TRULY BE....
    WE COME TO THE CESSATION OF SUCH SAMSARIC SUFFERING
    when we let go of the aggregates which cause suffering, namely attachments,
    belief in permanence, desire.

    Nirvanah cannot be defined....
    being the state of being beyond suffering

    Nirvan means liberation from Samsar or constant cycle of life. Samsar is this creation that we are born into. This is the explanation from the Sanatan point of view(Hindu).The word Nirvana and Samsara are from the Buddhist philosophy(the additional connotations).So most of the explanations offered are from the Buddhist perspective and not Sanatan Dharma perspective.

    Nirvana were a United Kingdom-based progressive rock band active in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Though the band only achieved limited commercial success, they were acclaimed both by music industry professionals and critics. In 1985 the band reformed.

    Samsara is the third album by Yakuza and their first for Prosthetic Records.
    Yakuza is an avant-garde metal band, formed in Chicago in 1999. They have been acclaimed for their incorporation of jazz and world music elements.
