I have major blackheads on my nose, how can I get rid of them?

The best thing to do is to get all of that dirt and grime that makes up blackheads out of your skin. Use either your knuckles to push out the blackheads (many at a time), or invest in a surgical steel tool sold by Avon that has a loop on one end and a scoop with a hole in the middle on the other. Best tool ever for scraping out black and whiteheads. After you've gotten out as many blackheads as you can, your nose will be a bit puffy and that's normal. Use antistringent then a blackhead/pimple eliminator (I use Proactive) and slather that stuff on. Oh and do this before you go to bed so it has time to heal; not in the morning. During the night, your pores tend to 'fill up' with oil; ever wake up at 3 am and look in the mirror? Looks like a lake on your nose. Oil itself isn't bad; it actually prevents pimples. If you have too much oil, simply dab it away. Continue this regimin until you see results. Those commercial items you mentioned are just money-makers; they don't eliminate blackheads because they don't have the muscle to pull the blackhead up and out of your skin. Hope this helps. BLACK HEAD STRIP OR If you really want a good inexpensive remedy I HILEY RECOMND before you buy some expensive massage or mask or something buy carrot juice or better yet blend a carrot and massage it in to your scars for a week or two if tut fails then try something else

Use soap and water regularly.....it just DIRT trapped in your pores.
Very warm water on a washcloth held on the nose to loosen and open pores first.

peel aloe vera leaf and massage your nose with sap. it will work in 7 -8 days....

I don't get them any more, but I would use a hot damp rag and soap to open the pores and loosen the dirt and just squeeze them out.
