    Many Panasonic DVD players are region-free, meaning that the players are compatible with DVDs produced anywhere worldwide. However, some of those Panasonic models have been discontinued, including the S35 and the F85, and Panasonic's current advertised models, the S38 and the S58, are not advertised as region-free.
