    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

While there is no way to assign an absolute monetary value to a vintage Macintosh computer autographed by Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, there are some factors to consider in gauging its worth.

Authenticity, rarity, condition, desirability and supply and demand are the top factors in determining an item's worth, and in this case, Steve Jobs rarely signs anything. In 2003, an issue of Macworld magazine with Jobs' signature ignited an eBay bidding war that went over $800, an amount forty times over the price of a book with Bill Gates' signature. To have both signatures on the computer would be quite rare, therefore increasing the value.
