    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

You can sell your home without the aid of a real estate agent and save on sales commission. It's recommended that you obtain the services of an appraiser to help you establish an accurate price for your home, as well as the services of an attorney to help you with legal filings and documentation.

It depends on the legal system where you live.

Here in Scotland you can, but if you do any of the legal requirements wrong you are liable and can be sued by the buyer. The lawyer is worth the money alone from an insurance point of view.

Yes you can do this but it will take long time you have to take the services of real estate agents.
