Launch the video editing software from Adobe: Premier CS4 (see link in Resources). Drag and drop the QuickTime video to the "Project Panel." Add the QuickTime video to a new project. Go to the "File" drop-down menu and choose "Export" and then "Media." Select "FLV" as the output format, then click the "OK" button to convert the video to Flash format.
Launch the interactive web development software from Adobe: Flash CS4 (see link in Resources). Go to the "File" drop-down menu and choose "Import." Select the QuickTime video and click the "Continue" button to advance the setup wizard. Choose "None" from the "Skinning" section. Click the "Finish" button, then choose a location to save the project file. The QuickTime video will be converted to FLV format and added to the Flash library. The FLV file will be saved in the same folder as the project file on your hard drive.
Launch the video compositing software from Adobe: After Effects CS4 (see link in Resources). Go to the "File" drop-down menu and select "Import" and then "File" to load the QuickTime video. Go to the "Composition" drop-down menu and select "New Composition." Add the QuickTime video to the new composition. Go to the "Composition" drop-down menu and choose "Make Movie." Click the "Output Module" and select "FLV" from the "Format" drop-down menu. Click the "Render" button to convert the video to Flash format.
