  • Well, this totally depends on the person but here are some ideas: *) Types of movies / music that you both like. Have either of you been to any great concerts recently? Waited in line to see a movie that turned out to be a bomb? etc.. Share stories. *) Is she into any sports? *) What her family's like? Any Brothers / Sisters etc..? *) If you go to the same school/college, mention some upcoming events *) Summer's coming up - do either of you have vacation plans? etc.. You get the idea. The most important thing is to be sure to express interest in things that she likes. Be funny, be courteous.. but most importantly just be yourself. She'll respect that.
  • You can ask her what her hobbies are, what's her favorite food, movie, school subject. Ask her about her future career goals. Ask her if she' going to collge, if so, where? What's she going to major in? Basically, this should lead to open lines of communication. Just remember to keep the conversation rolling because when someone stops to talking, then that means either you're talking too much, or not enough. Best advice: Ask her 101 questoins and take an interest in what she says by saying, "Cool, I like that subject, too," or you can relay past events that are relevant to the topic at hand. Good luck!
