Question

Help answer this question below.

My MP3 flash player no longer starts up. The computer recognises it as a USB device when connected however. I seem to have erased the software that originally existed on the player. The enclosed CD doesn't seem to be of use. How can I fix this?

Couple of suggestions for you to try but no guarantees. First the obvious one, can you download new drivers from the manufacturers website which should allow yoy to reinstall the player.

Secondly, if you go into disk management onyour PC, normally right click on my computer or just computer on Vista and go to Manage, you may be able to assign the flash drive a different drive letter in case there is a conflict. Hope one of them works for you
