    Thanks for your comments...
    Whatever we have spoken about is with the internal amenities considered. Well what about the amenities outside your flat like school for your kid, Hospital or may be a playground...
    Which are those amenities that you would look for?

    Proper ventilation
    Soundness of space -space areas appropriate for each room
    Adequate number, nice and comfortable toilet and bath
    Good living room, kitchen/dining room ambiance

    Space!
    My wife is into "crafts" and our house, now, is full of her junk to make her crafts from!
    My father-in-law had the right idea, he built a big room, onto their house, just for his wife's craft crap!
    I think I'm going to have to do the same thing! I've got to step; around something, over something, and sometimes into something, just to get from the bedroom to the kitchen!
    And with 9 dogs, Mini-Chihuahuas, 3 of which are puppys, (very small, about the size of small rats!) that makes walking very dangerous in my house! LOL
    AND, a fenced yard!
