    You really can't figure an average for a 13-year old boy, since size changes so much during puberty. So it really depends on when puberty started. I can only really give a size when hard, since so many conditions can effect size when soft.

    An approximate average before puberty is probably about 3 inches hard. For an adult, the average size hard is about 6 inches. So as an average, a 13-year old will be somewhere between these. The 8 or 10 inch dicks you hear about are really quite unusual. Most guys, when they "measure" their penises, err significantly to the high side.

    Before puberty, I think I was about 2-1/2 to 3 inches, and as an adult I am about 6 inches hard. Soft, I can be as little as 1-1/2 inches after being in a cold ocean, to a more typical 3 to 3-1/2 inches at room temperature. I am a "grow-er", that is, my penis size increases quite a bit from soft to hard. Some penises get hard as a "show-er", so from soft to hard they don't increase much in size, but just get hard and erect.

    Just remember - it isn't the size that matters, it's how you use it and where you put it!

    i guess the most usual size for a boy that age would be around 3 inches when soft and 5 inches when hard.

    iwould probly say like 5 inches i dont realy remember tho. i was in the army and have seen many under 3-4 inches on men 18 to 30 years old.but never seen them hard . not something i realy wanted to see. but im 21 ind im 7 in and sometimes it hurts my girlfriend. so if your any where near thear there then your doing good but thats not even something for you to worry about right now bud just have fun and find a good girl. USE A CONDOM PLEASE!!!!!!
