  • The answer to this will vary according to how much solid food the girl is eating as well. Your pediatrician will be the best source of information on this topic. Your baby should probably be eating 2-3 meals a day of solid food and having somewhere between 20-30 oz. of formula. But those are very rough numbers, and your pediatrician will be the most help.
  • My 8 month old averages 24oz. In a 24 hour period solids 2 or 3 times a day. She weighs about 7.5kg she not chubby, maybe small for her age but she seems happy and is active, doc says most importantly is not baby size, its baby health. Can't help but worry that she us being fed enough.
  • It really just depends on the baby i suppose because I have twin boys one eats about 4 times a day 8 oz formula and 7 to 10 bites of baby food 3 times a day that seems to be too much compared to the rest. So now i wonder if im feeding them to much???
  • My son is 11 months old and 20 lbs. and 5 oz. He eats an 8 oz bottle of milk in the morning and has fruit for breakfast, 4-8 oz bottle of apple juice after breakfast, takes a nap. Has another 8 oz bottle of milk, plays, has lunch at noon, drinks same amount of apple juice again. He plays for awhile has another milk bottle, eats a snack, plays, eats dinner at 5pm and has another juice bottle, gets a bath, eats an 8 oz milk bottle and goes to bed about 6 to 630 pm. what he drinks sometimes vary, but you have to give juice and water also. If they can handle it.
