Back of my upper arm, ring finger and pinky have been numb constantly for about 2 months

I had been in a relationship where I was frequently choked into unconsciousness had my head and neck jerked around and was kicked in the head and back. I have also started having problems with charlie horses all the way down my left leg. How concerned should I be?

I could be caused by almost any of the things you list in the description, and if it IS any of them, it could be dangerous.

However, it also sounds quite a bit like a pinched nerve.

Go see a doctor. They may refer you to a nerve specialist.

See a specialist. I'm thinking that you can get some relief with the proper medication. It may require an injection or two, then some musculo-skeletal relaxers taken by mouth. But don't let me tell you what to do. You decide.
