    A fourth-degree DWI in Minnesota is the charge for driving while intoxicated by alcohol and/or drugs with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent or higher and where no aggravating circumstances exist, such as a prior DWI conviction. It is a misdemeanor punishable by fine or jail time.
