The population of Bloomer, Wisconsin was 3,347 at the 2000 census. Note that while the Bloomer, Chippewa County, WisconsinTown of Bloomer is also in Chippewa County, it is located north of the city. The city is within the Woodmohr, Chippewa County, WisconsinTown of Woodmohr. However, some portions of the city's urban area will soon extend into the Town of Bloomer.
