    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

Galliano is a flavored liqueur that is a mixture of anise, mint, lavender, coriander, cinnamon and vanilla. It derives its yellow color from tartrazine, which is a food dye. Galliano was created in 1896 by Italian distiller Arturo Vaccari.
