I started on a birth control pill (Min-oVral) about 3 weeks ago. I'm on my 3rd sugar pill and I haven't had my period. Is this normal?

Yes. Some people get their period right away, and it takes others 3+ days. Wait it out. If you miss your period completely, do a test just to be safe.

I always start mine on the fourth placebo pill. For example, my weeks start on sundays, so on my placebo week, my period comes on that wednesday. Calm down, I'm sure you'll be fine. Although by this time I'm sure you've realized this. =]

Birth control tricks your body into thinking it's pregnant so with the extra hormones you might skip this month but if you skip next month call your doctor.
