    Before his death in 1991, Theodor Seuss Geisel, writing under the pen name Dr. Seuss, published 46 children's books. Geisel illustrated more than 400 political cartoons in the progressive New York publication, "PM." He also animated training films for the U.S. Army and contributed to two Oscar-winning films, "Your Job in Germany," and "Your Job in Japan."
