    Nostradamus predicted that the world would end in 1555 and 1558. Nostradamus had many predictions about the end of the world, most of which are very vague. This combined with numerous poor translations of his work, "Les Propheties" (The Prophecies), make fixing a date to Nostradamus' end-of-the-world predictions difficult.
