Open Word, pull down the "File" menu and select "Open." Browse to the Word document whose print size you want to reduce. Double-click the file name and the document opens in the Word workspace.
Pull down the "File" menu again and select "Page Setup." Click the "Paper" tab. Scroll through the "Paper size" menu options, select from a smaller size and click the "OK" button; the document automatically adjusts in the Word workspace.
