The answer is no. Full knowledge of our pre-earth life does not return until we have received final judgement and resurrection, and can enter into our glory with God. The righteous who die are permitted limited views of pre-mortal life, but not a fullness. It is that way because in LDS belief it is taught that the deceased will still have the opportunity to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ from messengers in the Spirit World to accept or reject. A full knowledge of the pre-mortal experience would destroy agency. If a full knowledge of our pre-mortal life is available before our resurrection of course we would choose again to follow Christ. Without the full knowledge, well can still decide if it is a worthwhile cause.
As a note, many shall be preaching to the dead doctrines to persuade them to follow a way of thinking. Life does not end with death, it continues on.

Yes, Eve recognised Satan; a man possesing a devil recognised Jesus; Moses & Abraham saw the pre-existance.

So, it isn't just reserved for after death...But we dont know exactly when it will be restored.
