    According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 96.2 km sq (37.2 square miles). 82.4 km sq (31.8 mi sq) of it is land and 13.9 km sq (5.3 mi sq) of it (14.40%) is water. Naples is drained by the Songo River.
