There could be more than three problems. ( I couldn't resist) "Changed" the tires? New tires, both the same brand and model, same tread patern ? You always want the same tires on the same axle. Had the tires balanced? Most common cause of front wheel shake is unbalance. There are still some places that will balance tires on the car. Most places balance the tire and the rim off the car. The brake drum , or disc, even axle could be out of balance. The ball joints, or other front suspension parts may be shot, but they should have caught that in realignment. Does the sterring wheel shake in your hands? That usually means front end. Take it back and have them recheck balance and alignment. Does it shake up through 40 and then calm down at higher speeds? Front or rear. You got a rear wheel drive car. The problem might be in the rear. Weird thing the shake is in the back but feels like front. Could be just a bad tire in the back. Could even be an unbalanced drive shaft. take it back tell them only that it starts shaking at 30, don't tell them what you suspect, some mechanics will only check what you suspect. If you tell um that it does something when such and such happens, they get a challenge to solve the problem. Make your deal to pay them to diagnose the problem, not fix it. Then make your deal to fix the problem, if that doesn't fix it you don't pay for the 'fix.' They might have guaranteed their work but they might have guaranteed the work to fix the problem you suspected, not to have guaranteed to fix the shake. Most of my front end problems I get done at Sears, they seem to specialize in that and got a so so guarantee, some of the desk guys agree to that diagnose then fix deal sometimes the same guy doesn't. If he don't I go to another Sears and that guy does. It's also fun, when Sears was the folks what done the "repair" in the first place, to tell the geek "OK, I'll take it to another garage and Sears will be responsible for the cost of that re-diagnosis and repair, plus a refund of what I paid you."
Recheck the alignment and complete front balance, get the rear balance, axles, drive shaft, and differential checked.
